You may register for TOEFL by phone, fax, or mail through the Regional Registration Center. All test takers in Pakistan must present Valid Original Passport at the time of test. For other tests please follow client practice for Registration and ID requirements. The following standard procedures are available to register:
Phone
VISA, MasterCard, or American Express credit cards are the only acceptable cards for registration over the phone. Call the RRC designated for the country in which you are testing at least three business days prior to your preferred date. Pakistani candidates must send their applications to Region 6, Malaysia. Your confirmation number, reporting date, time and test center address will be given to you when you call.
Fax
Complete the International Test Scheduling Form and fax it to your RRC (that is Malaysia for Pakistan) on the given fax number. Your request must include payment by VISA, MasterCard, or American Express. The form must be received at least seven business days prior to your first choice test date. Your confirmation number, reporting time, and test center address will be faxed or mailed to you. If you do not receive you confirmation, call the RRC at least three business days prior to your first choice test date.
Ordinary Mail
Complete the International Test Scheduling Form and mail it with Registration fee through a bank draft to the appropriate RRC. The form must be received at least three weeks prior to your first-choice test date. If you do not receive your confirmation, call the RRC at least three business days prior to your first choice test date.
