- Student shall complete the following reports to the University Career Development Office. A total duration of 2-weeks Social Work should be completed by the student.
- WEEKLY REPORT: Complete weekly report which is due on every Friday and submit to the Career Development Office during the internship experience.
- INTERNSHIP EVALUTION FORM: Submit at the end of the internship by getting feedback from your supervisor at organization.
- Notify both career development executive and organization supervisor well in advance in case of absence.
